What is fabric meterage?
Fabric meterage is just measuring how long your fabric is, usually in meters, like measuring a road's length.

What is the difference between fabric swatch and meterage?
Swatch is a small part for checking, and meterage is the whole length, like having a full roll of fabric.

Wash by hand or on the delicate cycle in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not hang dry satin or wring satin dry, as satin can lose shape easily so do not wring the item.
Do not put satin in the dryer. Instead, lay flat to dry on a clean towel.

1) Is there a minimum order?
When ordering fabric, the minimum order is 1 Meter per item.

2) Can I get more information about a particular item?
Depending on the type of information you need, we can give you a little more detail about most items we carry. If you would like our opinions as far as looks, uses, or feel of a fabric, we would be more than happy to help. However, if you need specific information that is not listed on our site about a particular item, we may not be able to help. In general, if contents are not listed for a fabric, it is because the contents were not labeled when we received the fabric and we do not have that information.

4) How long does it take to receive a refund?
We try to process refunds within a week after receiving a return. You will receive a confirmation email after your refund has been completed. Please note that we can only refund what we receive so it is a good idea to keep all tracking numbers or request delivery confirmation.

5) When will my order ship?
We take pride in our service and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Regular orders are shipped in 24 hours in Business day on a first come first serve basis (regardless of shipping method). Rush processing is offered during checkout and ensures same or next BUSINESS day processing (this does NOT include the shipping transit times). Choosing an expedited shipping method will not put your order ahead of those that were placed sooner. A quicker shipping method will only affect the time your shipment takes to reach you AFTER it has been picked up by the carrier.
Orders for items which are backordered or out of stock Or defective may take longer to ship depending on availability. We will notify you as soon as possible about status.
Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Saturday 10am – 4pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding Sunday and Holidays. The day your order ships, Sundays, or National Holidays, does NOT count as a "shipping day".

6) How can I track my order?
